Request for Return or Exchange

All requests must be communicated to our Customer Service Center for detailed instructions.

Conditions for Returns, Exchanges or Purchase Withdrawal

  • The maximum period to request a return, exchange, or withdrawal is 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, meaning:

    • Original seals intact

    • Original packaging in perfect condition

    • All included accessories

  • The product box must also be in perfect condition, with no damage or signs of tampering.

  • The product must not have been used.

Shipping for Return, Exchange or Withdrawal

  • The return shipping cost will be covered by the online store, at no extra charge to the customer.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The shipping procedure will be informed by our customer service team.

  • Note: if the product shows signs of use or does not meet the conditions, the return or exchange may be refused.

Refund

Credit Card Payments

Once the return is approved, we will request the refund from the credit card provider.
Processing time depends on the provider’s policies, and the refund may appear in future statements.

Payments via Bank Transfer, Boleto or Pix

 

Once approved, the refund will be made via deposit into a checking or savings account provided by the customer.
Bank details must be provided at the time of the request.
